Orders are placed by contacting us directly via phone. When you call to place an order:

• We will confirm product availability and pricing
• You provide your delivery address and preferred delivery time
• We confirm the order details with you
• Payment is made upon delivery (Cash on Delivery)

3. Products and Pricing

3.1. Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary due to natural variation.

3.2. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without notice.

3.3. Live weight pricing applies to sheep. Final cost is based on actual weight at time of sale.

3.4. We reserve the right to limit quantities or decline orders.

4. Delivery

4.1. We deliver across Karnataka state.

4.2. You must provide accurate delivery information.

4.3. Someone must be present to receive the delivery.

5. Product Quality

5.1. All processing is done using Halal methods with professional hygienic standards.

5.2. You are responsible for proper handling and storage after delivery.

5.3. Report any quality issues within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Cancellations

6.1. Call us as early as possible to cancel or modify an order.

6.2. Orders already processed or out for delivery may not be cancellable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bathi Farms is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Davanagere, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
