1. Order cancellations

To cancel an order, call us as soon as possible at +91 70197 08715.

• Before processing: Full cancellation, no charges
• After processing has started: May not be cancellable for custom-processed meat
• Out for delivery: Cannot be cancelled

2. Quality issues

If you receive a product with quality issues:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Describe the issue and share photos where possible
• We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate

3. Refund method

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (cash, UPI, or bank transfer) within 5 to 7 business days.
