Shipping Policy

1. Delivery area

We deliver across Karnataka state. Contact us with your location to confirm delivery availability and timing for your area. Terms and conditions apply.

2. Delivery timing

• Delivery slots are confirmed when you place your order
• Fresh meat is delivered the same day it is processed
• During Eid season, book early. Slots fill quickly

3. Delivery charges

Delivery is included with our processing service for most locations. For remote areas, any additional charge is confirmed with you before the order is placed. No surprises.

4. Receiving your order

• Someone must be present at the delivery address
• Please check the order on arrival
• Refrigerate or cook fresh meat promptly

5. Farm pickup

You are welcome to collect your order directly from the farm in Davanagere, and to look around while you are here. Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm.

6. Failed deliveries

If nobody is available to receive the order, we will call you to rearrange. Re-delivery may carry an extra charge for distant locations.
